Terms & Conditions

Confirmation:

An acknowledgement will be sent to your email address within 1 working day upon receiving your online registration form.

Payment:

All payments must be received within 30 days of invoice received and before the course date. Failure to pay within this time may result in the course place being cancelled subject to the cancellation terms below.

Payment can be made using Bank Checks or interbank transfer.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following charges:

  • Cancellations received more than 3 weeks before the date of the booked course will be charged at 50% of the booking cost.
  • Cancellations received less than 3 weeks before the date of the booked course will be charged at 100% of the booking cost.

Substitutions:

Delegate substitutions are allowed any time before the course commence at no charges. Please inform us your substitution details. You may inform us in writing to enquiry@pwac.com.sg

Alterations to the advertised course:

PWAC Business Solutions reserves the right to change the venue, date, content or trainer of its courses at any time. In the event that the venue or date is changed PWAC Business Solutions will not be responsible for covering airfare, hotel or any other costs incurred by the registrants.

In the event that PWAC Business Solutions cancels the course, PWAC Business Solutions reserves the right to transfer this booking to another course to be held in the following 12 months or to provide a credit note of equivalent amount to another course within the following 12 months. Alternatively, registrant can opt to receive refund of booking fees.
